With the exception of the hole near the tire, those look like machined holes.
The one near the tire othoh looks like an impact hole.
Also, look at the other hole in the side panels, (to the left and to the extreme right) they're of a different diameter, only the bottom one seems to be from an impact from a bullet.

Why would I file an FOIA when I don’t think there is any evidence that a crime was committed, much less that it was committed by the government and covered up?

A document, well, depending on what kind of document, what is in it, and what purpose it might have been forged for, might be evidence of something, but I don’t see how that is relevant here.
See if you are smart enough to determine if this document has been altered.

And lo and behold: the tank on this model is in the right spot, and it is a saddle that goes *over* the driveshaft and hangs down on both sides.
The junp-in-the-air and exploding while flying may actually have a simpler explanation.
