If hundreds of lower court decisions and the Supreme Court validating those decisions regarding Obama have not settled this issue, then I suggest you just abstain from the political process of voting.

I’ve seen lots of theories but nothing concrete which is why I posted that. I’m sure (other) FReepers will kindly enlighten me.
