Fire them.

My thoughts exactly. It's not it's difficult to find someone to push some buttons on a register and say, "You want fries with that?"

Yep. I would.

If they force McD's, etc to pay $15/hour, they'll be let go anyway. So the end result is the same.

Fire them.”””

Damn Straight.

I have college education credits in accounting.

I have been doing some form of accounting or another since 1957. I have been titled as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with me abilities.

I have been self-employed since about 1980. Prior to that, I was working an 8 hour day & doing books for small businesses at night & on weekends.

The last time I raised my hourly rate was Jan 1989-——yes, I said January 1989.

I am charging a rate of $20 per hour—strictly on an hourly basis. If you are running a business that only requires me to charge you $100 a month, that is what you got charged.

Pay someone —who cannot even make change from a $1 bill or a $10 bill without having the register tell them what the change should be—$15 per hour?

They are nuts.

You can thank the San Francisco & New York City politicians for planting the idea of ‘a working wage’ into their uneducated heads.

More of the entitlement attitudes from the uneducated & employable sections of USA society.

I would fire them all. There are plenty of people out of work who will take their jobs.
