The story fed to the press would outrage anyone…and, predictably, it outraged everyone. The family provided a picture of Trayvon at age 12 or 13, which the media ran with the ugliest picture of Zimmerman they could find. The meme of a huge armed adult “stalking” a “helpless child” was born fully grown, to a Godzilla-like size. It loomed over America unopposed. The investigating officers and the State’s Attorney’s Office knew that the evidence showed something else: Zimmerman attacked by Martin, who towered over him, beat him to the ground, clearly smacked his head into the concrete, and might have even gone for his gun. But cops and good lawyers don’t try their cases in the press, and no voice rose loud enough with the facts to drown out the roar of the fantasy.
We can only imagine Zimmerman’s own emotional turmoil at that time. Like many Americans in their twenties, he was not yet fixed on a career and far from his peak earning years: the cost of hiring attorneys must have been terribly intimidating. He did not stay in touch with his original attorney, Craig Sonner – who, I thought, had an excellent grasp of the case and would have done very well for him – and Sonner and his co-counsel had nothing to work with. By the time Zimmerman had retained Mark O’Mara, the false perception had become a national reality. While O’Mara did an excellent job of trying to get the truth to the public, it was too late: his voice was simply drowned out by the media’s “all Trayvon, all the time” crusade against his client.

TheConservativeTreehouse was onto the Trayvon story pretty early on, which I found out about by reading another blog (FreeNorthCarolina). The investigative reporting was incredibly good (and still is because they are doing follow-up reporting on the continued propaganda war). I NEVER EVER EVER watch ABC, NBC/MSNBC, CBS, CNN, or Fox to get my news. Why waste the time letting them repeat lies, obfuscations, and equivocations, and omissions when I could be on FR, or those aforementioned blogs to get real news and do my own “sifting”.
The most horrifying aspect of the manipulation of the public is that someone actually plans these lies and manipulations because they have an agenda which relies upon deception, lies, and exploitation of those they deem stupid enough to be herded to false conclusions which empower an evil agenda! This is beyond mere political maneuvering, this is evil strutting it's marionettes. When Holder spend taxpayer monies to whip up racial tensions in Florida, in order to manipulate black people into more hate, it became astonishingly obvious that the father of lies a murderer from the start is directing Eric Holder's actions! And yet America will have no response to such blatant evil, for the congress, run by republicants, cannot muster the moral courage to throw the lying racist bastard and the regime out of office!

Instead, everything backfired on them. The "white Hispanic" Zimmerman was a lot more minority than white. Trayvon Martin was not the innocent, sweet child they tried to foist on America. Of course, the race hustlers will keep trying. And sooner or later they will find an evil white person who callously murders a black child. Then they'll jump up and down with glee because they can keep the lying narrative alive and make more money for themselves.

Sorry, but that's not so. Once upon a time, Zimmerman's having been found not guilty would have been the end of the story; his persecution, however, would not have been possible in constitutional America. In post-constitutional America, the patently illegal Department of "Justice" meddling, scheming in Florida, and fake "news" media narrative took the place of a legitimate trial. None of that has been so much as reported in the "news" media, which has the net effect of encouraging the Department of "Justice" and Florida government to pull out still more stops the next time an opportunity arises to persecute someone for political purposes.
We Freepers said all along it was a show trial, and that's exactly correct; more to the point, it was merely the tip of a monstrously large iceburg of propaganda and felonious behavior on the part of both the national and Florida governments.
It's going to go from bad to worse.
The story isn’t over when so many still buy into the falsified press release. If the Kruidbos lawsuits finally exposes the contents of Trayvon’s phone, we may finally see a lot of heads explode.
The gasp from the woman in the studio audience on Piers Morgan when Jeantel fessed up that Trayvon was going to “whoop” the crazy ass cracker will be as a raindrop compared to a tidal wave. The info on that phone was absolutely lethal to the state’s case. That’s why the prosecution withheld the evidence and may have tried to scrub some of it. The defense expert found something neither the police nor the IT guy for the prosecution found when he located the stealth cache protected by another password.
