I had too look it up also. We had this discussion here years ago about black museums going under for various reasons. One was dilution where several small black museums would have done better to combine at one big museum than to fight over limited dollars like they do now.
Even if I was in the area what would make me want to go and see this museum? Is the exciting addition of a memorial to a guy who was 0-1 in the the knockout game supposed to make me get up a carload to visit it? I’ll pass.
It does seem to have a limited pool of people who would be willing to visit. Not too much history at the history museum.
