They tried the same tactics actually 4 times during GWBush's terms. Always the same, with some re-definitions: regularizing, legalizing, whatever they call it, they claim it isn't amnesty.
It is the same ole shell game, the same ole dipsy-doodle fast-step.
[I wonder whether Ryan is fast-talking like Rubio did, hoping the listeners won't catch the lies and misconceptions and deceptions?]
