Pathetic. Since (at least) 2007 he’s been talking about money for roads and bridges, money for education, and money for green technology. It’s all he’s got.

After five years, you'd think there'd be thousands of shovel-ready projects ready to go. The funds are there, thanks to a variety of "trust funds" for highways, airports, etc.

Many could be started tomorrow if the EPA would quit worrying about snail darters, etc.
