They = people of that culture:
They don’t hate your whiteness.
They hate your culture.
They hate your Western Culture.
They hate your Western Christian Culture.
They hate your Western Christian Culture based on God’s Laws.
They hate God’s Laws, and seek to define their own morality.
Your skin color is simply a 3 times removed proxy.
Which doesn't include the concept of personal responsibility, in fact, it's now widely considered to be racist to use the term "personal responsibility" to or in regards to blacks.
Given all that you said, how can diversity work?
Doesn't diversity mean different? Is everything different automatically good?
