The landmark health-reform law passed in 2010 has never been very popular and always highly partisan, but a new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that a group of once loyal Democrats has been steadily turning against Obamacare: Democrats who are ideologically moderate or conservative.

I wish I could be more optimistic, but Obamacare is here to stay. We may get some rollbacks on the law, but with Obama still in office, and a Hillary presidency looming, I think we’re stuck with it.

Oh, but they’ll be fine with it right after the election.

2014 elections should be good for GOP both house and senate. If Issa keeps up a slow trickle and lands the big one (IRS) around January/Feb, you’ll see a GOP win. The scandals need to be fully drawn out.

What is your count(House and Senate) and will it make any differance in the Obama Reign of Terror(error)?

I think the worst case scenario is that there will be no change in the current overall majorities of both Houses; best case the GOP takes the Senate.

2016 is too far away.

With all the ammunition the republicans have, they should sweep both houses. But I’ve thought that before.

Until results show up at the voting booth, these polls mean nothing.

Though I think it does present an opportunity if the GOP had the righ candidate for 2016.

RE: Technically Obama could claim it wasn’t his law.

Might as well be his...

1) He signed it.

2) Campaigned for it.

3) Fought for it in the courts.

4) Said in his 2012 campaign that he actually likes the fact that it’s named after him.

IMO, house will stay close to what it currently is...while the senate could gain 5. Alaska is a big one for GOP to win the senate seat. They need to spend time and money there.

I’m hoping for six in the senate, otherwise Biden would hold the tie breaker.

A lot of this depends on how well Issa and the GOP can deliver on the scandals. IRS beingthe biggest.

I believe all registered Democrats should be forced into ObamaCare.

correct, but you forgetting about the Limbaugh theorem. Has reality stopped Obama from distancing himself from other issues?

It will train wreck in such a manner that tens of millions will find themselves without coverage and will PANIC.

The CRISIS will be used to usher in Single Payer, their goal all along. Perhaps with the interim step of a Public Option.

“Democrats who are ideologically moderate or conservative.” now here is an oxymoron if there ever was one!

No Hillary. Jeb Bush.

Barring something weird happening, of course.

There’s little practical difference between them.
