Nowhere in Art 1, Sec 8 of the Constitution was power delegated to Congress or the Federal Government to have ANYTHING to do with health care. Therefore it is unconstitutional.

From Article I Section 8 we have ...

"The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States ..."

Given that, Chief Justice Roberts was ironically right in deciding that Congress has the constitutional power to give us Obamacare.

Message therein is that we age getting what we the people voted for.

The ol’ “welfare” clause.

So, we are to give everyone money, houses, clothes, food, as well as doctors.

Wonder why the Founders themselves nor their descendents for some 6 generations never thought of all that nonsense that they supposedly wrote about.
