Let's not forget that black culture is also anti-education. Apparently in the last 30 years or so, it became a sign of weakness to be educated. Educated blacks are called "Uncle Tom's" or "Plantation Niggers," because education and academia in general are considered "white establishment."
It's truly mind-boggling to me that blacks have turned the way they have. Not 60 years ago, blacks in this country went through an enormous struggle for genuine equality in American society. They had goals and dreams and aspirations. Black men and women became doctors, nurses, lawyers, and teachers. They raised families, were ardent churchgoing people, and loved the same music and television that the rest of the nation enjoyed.
Nowadays, blacks are looking for any get-rich-quick scheme available. They waste their money on lotto. They don't want to work. They disdain white people and American culture in general. They aspire to little more than meeting "the man's" very low social bar. They eschew the music and television of white people, American people in general. They find more pleasure in a quick hook up, pornography, expensive liquor, and cultural norms that glorify money, cars, naked women, and materialism overall.
Older blacks are watching as all of the hard work they put in for genuine equality is being thrown into the wastebin of history in lieu of a materialistic, violent, unethical lifestyle espoused by every man and woman in black culture.
There are notable exceptions, don't misunderstand me, but the norm seems to be as described.
The black culture isn’t a culture of itself,
it is an “anti-culture”, it is a rebellion to “white” culture, which is only a proxy for Christian values and God’s Law, which is what the left is truly in rebellion to.
Everything you say is true, but race is not the prime factor. It is the entitlement culture. All you need to sign up is a complete lack of self-respect and a willingness to do as you're told by your government masters. Willful stupidity and literal degeneracy have no respect toward race.
There are just as many white thugs as black, but they tend to congregate in poverty-stricken rural areas where the population density skews the crime rate down.
If you took these white thugs and concentrated them in Chicago or Detroit, the biggest differences would be a notable uptick in green teeth and that pickups on blocks would replace the cars on blocks. Crime would remain the same, or nearly so.
I didn’t have time to go into the whole education problem but I just did a search and found a fantastic post about research done by John Ogbu on the schools in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a “partially-wealthy” integrated suburb of Cleveland.
