"Really, really, in 2013, Sean. Come on," Scarborough said. "Whatever excuse there is, to say this young black man had it coming to him that is the defense because there is no defense for shooting down a young black man in a middle-class neighborhood with Skittles."
.
.
Scarborough called "the entire spectacle" depressing, saying it was no wonder that the "parents and loved ones of African-American children" are reacting by going out and peacefully marching and protesting over the Zimmerman verdict.

Scarborough: Hannity's Comments on Martin Case 'Racially Intolerant' Face it, any comment made by any individual that touches on race in any way is going to be considered 'racially intolerant' by somebody.

No, Joe, Hannity’s comments are racially too tolerant, which amounts to racism just the same.

These days you are a "racist" if you don't think and act based on skin color.

"peacefully marching and protesting"
Did any of that actually happen? I didn't notice.

it was no wonder that the "parents and loved ones of African-American children" are reacting by going out and peacefully marching and protesting over the Zimmerman verdictActually, it was a small handful of grizzled activists standing still outside of various federal buildings on Saturday.
Not enough people for a march.
Clearly Al Sharpton has some interesting info on Lori Klausutis that he's hanging over Scarborough's head.

Massad Ayoob:
The operative principle at law is called disparity of force. It means that while your opponent(s) may not be armed with a deadly weapon per se, their physical advantage over you is so great that if their ostensibly unarmed assault continues, you are likely to die or suffer grave bodily harm. That disparity of force may take the form of a much larger and stronger assailant, a male attacking a female, force of numbers, able-bodied attacking the handicapped, skilled fighter attacking the unskilled, or in this case position of disadvantage. Trayvon Martin was NOT "unarmed".

Yeah, it’s pretty telling when you leave your participle hanging out like that.

Did any of that actually happen? That's a good question.
Supposedly there were protests in 100 cities.
I was only able to identify 25.
I was also unable to identify more than 5 that supposedly attracted more than 100 people.
The largest appears to have been the NYC protest that Al Sharpton personally led and which featured celebrity appearances - and that looks to have drawn about 500ish people.

TM did not by tea. He bought Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail.
This drink is mixed with Skittles and Robitussin cough syrup to make a narcotic type drink.
Coincidentally, TM bought two of three items required for the drink. And only two items.
He also texted friends for info about the recipe. Side effects of the drink are: aggression and paranoia.

Much simpler: these days you are a racist if you are white.
