No it would not. Quit posting this nonsense. An Article five convention would allow us to return to limited government.

A CC is nothing more than a second option to propose amendments to the Constitution. Any amendments that get proposed would still have to be ratified by (38) states to become the law of the land.

The people proposing amendments and putting them to a vote is the biggest fear of the left. They don't have the numbers to win and never have.
