President Barack Obama will hit the road again to talk about jobs and the economy, resetting the message amid a busy summer that's so far been dominated by immigration reform efforts, the IRS scandal, national security leaks and the president's trips to Europe and Africa.
Obama will return to Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois on Wednesday to kick off a series of speeches about his economic plan, White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer wrote in an e-mail to supporters Sunday evening.

One of Clinton’s staff went there. He’s running a Soros think tank now and his brother is a big league lobbyist.
Why does this ignorant jug-eared a$$ clown only do his inane blathering “speechifying” at either colleges or high schools? Stupid, $hit-for-brains communist windbag.
I never heard of Knox College. Is this some liberal breeding ground? For the price of tuition, you would at least expect national name recognition.
salary mandates are coming next
The Soviet and their allies also had their 5 year economic plans. That all failed!

Because most of those students probably voted for him. He’s smarter than them.
I bet a lot of FReepers have never heard of Swarthmore. ( $47,804)
Simple. Colleges are the only places in the country where he can draw a crowd. And will be applauded.
Take all of that with a grain of salt. My daughter goes off to Penn State in a month to start her freshman year. I am seriously questioning the value of her education there.
And they’re too stupid to see that he is their enemy in many ways. The real world will wake up many of them.
Sorry you have to work close to that. Glad to hear you are out of town for Obummer. I would have to call in sick because I do not trust myself in Obama's unGodly presence. I am almost positive I would say something that would get me fired.
I take it that those rich commie kids end up congregating at liberal businesses in which they become nothing more than intellectual thugs; knowing from day one that they have the answer to all the world's problems.

Same here. Besides, I wouldn’t want to even see him.
“economic plan...”
Which one of the 20 previous lead balloons is this, or is a new idiotic plan?
Or, is this an plan to increase the rate of economic deterioration? That seems to be doing very well on the current plan...
Stange how times change. I would have been able to hold my tongue if Carter came when to my work place when he was President. At least at that time I thought he was a decent human being. I didn’t like him otherwise. I would have been able to hold my tongue if Clinton showed up. At that time I still had respect for the office. Now I find myself digging deep to show the least bit of respect for anyone in government - congressman, senator, governor, mayor, judge/justice, or president. It doesn’t have anything to do with party affiliation either. Geez, I have a tough time finding respect for my postman, although he is a nice guy and just doing his job.
One or more of the Lincoln Douglas debates was held there.
Lincoln did not believe that the Negro was his social, moral and intellectual equal and felt Douglas believed the same. I thought they talked of Negros ought not to rule over the white man but maybe that part has become an urban legen and was history revisionism to smear Lincoln's legacy. He didn't believe in interfering with slavery in states where it was legal.
They debated in different cities in Illinois, and I think the above came from the Ottawa debate.
You can look it up; I was in a discussion about it years ago because I had never heard that Lincoln believed that way.
I don't know if it is liberal, probably now. It's pretty much a lily white county (Knox), but I see in their (Knox College) website there are black students there.
LOL, 110 grand for a BA in Advanced Ethnic Basket Weaving.
