I think you might be talking about the 2 witnesses in Israel who will have stopped the rain, announce the plagues, and prophesy for God for those 3 and 1/2 years in Israel. They are killed and left in the streets for 3 days for the world to see....they then rise again and ascend into heaven while the world is watching.
