Something tells me this judge has stepped outsider her jurisdiction with this “ruling”. It will be interesting to see how this “ruling” is followed.
After reading this a few times, I conclude-
1)The Judge was pressure to stop the Bankruptcy
2) Was told over and over how 0bama saved Detroit, and how 0bama was not pleased and would be watching
3) Judge got pi$$ed off and frustrated.
4) Inserted into her ruling the nonsense that came from 0bama’s lackeies

The networks were stating that it takes an AVERAGE of 58 minutes for the police to respond in Detroit.
Maybe it also takes as long in Chicago and that is why so many people are dying on the streets there every day.
58 minutes is a long time to get to somewhere else.
