That is a secondary objective and not important.
The primary goal is to install officers who are loyal to the federal government and will not hesitate to follow any orders from the federal government to “oppress” our civilian population when the time comes.
It doesn’t take a genius to see what has been going on since he took office. It only takes people who are paying attention.

And a very good guess it is too. I read that 6 or 7 other field grade commanders have been relieved since march. Sounds like a full on purge to me.
