Imagine the ground floor with all of that and stairs on both ends to go upstairs with like 5 bedrooms w/ bath side by side by side...hugh soundproof type rooms too

just me.....
building the Ponderosa to travel to seasonally...gonna have a par 4 golf hole too and still deciding where house 2 is gonna be built....then reduce all other homes to sales
but gotta be near a large body of water
Yeah right LOL...you cant tell me you will not have a house full of kids and grandkids there with you :-) (ad, if it is all I expect it to be, Im guessing you will have more relatives and friends you never heard of, showing up to stay a bit ;-)
Lots of fantastic land available on the Yukon....(dont freak out! LOL) You can fly in...and it is a great place to be when the SHTF.....hell, I would go there in a heartbeat if I could afford it!

I am a wide open spaces kinda person too.....give me mountains, woods, a lake or an ocean..Im happy...I dont do cities or dust ;-)
