WASHINGTON—
President Barack Obama said on Friday that the death of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager shot dead in Florida last year, has raised questions about why young African-Americans experience racial profiling.
"You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me, 35 years ago," Obama told reporters at the White House, in his first public remarks after the acquittal by a Florida court of Martin's shooter, George Zimmerman.
and racial profiling, and sought to explain why the African American community was outraged over the case.
"There are very few African American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store. That includes me," Obama said. "And there are very few African American men who haven't had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. That happens to me, at least before I was a senator."
African Americans see the country’s history of violence and discrimination against blacks as being ignored, he said, "and that all contributes, I think, to a sense that if a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, that, from top to bottom, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different."

It just seems like black America has this all encompassing blame the victim mentality when it comes to crime and white people. The Zimmerman case is an anomoly. Its FAR more dangerous for a white man to walk down the street in a black neighborhood than for a black to walk down the street in a white neighborhood, and everyone knows it.
Even the black community knows it...and when you confront them with the statistics, or God forbid, react by locking your doors, gripping your purse or GASP, watching them in the store, they dont want to talk about the things THEIR culture does to cause that reaction. Instead they want to talk about how YOU are a racist for defending yourself, how the system is broke because more of them get arrested, how prejudice you are for knowing the statistics, etc. ANYTHING but address why blacks commit so much crime.
Hell, we even had some broad on MSNBC saying that the problem with the justice system is not enough blacks on juries because of “Felony Disenfranchisement”....which for those of you who never heard of that because she just made it up, means that too many blacks have felony convictions and cant be on juries...so the solution of course is to put them on anyway, not for blacks to stop committing felonies.
Its a scam. All the bullcrap doesnt cover up that all this is just a black president covering up for blacks...which is ok for all minorities just not whites.

If not then any comparison is silly.
It is my opinion that Obama, as a pathological narcissist, is more worried about his personal legacy than he is worried about Republicans at this point. If the majority of the country understands how bad these scandals really are (IRS, Benghazi, NSA, etc.,), and how bad his policies really are (Obamacare, supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, trying to force homosexuality on Africa, etc.) he is concerned his legacy will be tarnished and he will be remembered as the bad president he is.
So, what does he do? He tries to divert the country away from his scandals and his failed policies by using the “race” card granted to him by an out of control alcoholic Kenyan that knocked up an under-aged American hippie before drinking himself into a stupor and killing himself in a single car accident.
The media (of all types) lap it all up because racial issues drive an increase in ratings. Every minute the cable networks (think FOX) and print media (think WSJ, IBD, etc.) take covering the death of a black thug is one less minute they have available to cover Obama’s scandals and his failed policies. Finally, the color of the sky in my world is a dark blueish grey as it is raining.
