After reading this article I suggest that we rename “racism” to “sins of your grandfathers, and their fathers, and grandfathers”.
Seeking justification for a 2012 event based on events from the 1940s? Using that logic the Republic will never be able to move beyond America of the 1850s so why try?
BTW one side of my family lost 3 out of 4 brothers 1861-1865 but there is no street credit for that.

Moore actually was living in Mims....a town in Brevard County near Titusville. About 30 mi from Sanford.
Sanford was pretty quiet regarding race....nearby towns like Ocoee were much more racist
Sanford never had a race issue until the Black KKK called for the lynching of Zimmerman
