IF this female has a 3.0 AVERAGE in school, that tells me that the entire school is being graded ON THE CURVE.
When the highest score in the class is a 60- that becomes an A, etc.
I was a high school honor roll student......I certainly did much better than this POS. I took accounting classes in the local community college & got a 4.0 for all those classes. We were supposed to be graded ON THE CURVE-—but myself & a couple of others got consistent 98-99-100 points on our tests and homework, so the curve was basically not used.
How many thousands of others are in the USA right now who are just as unemployable as she is?

No it means she gets 3.0 in her Spec Ed classes
Next year or so she will get the same diploma the college prep students get..
except she will not have done he same work...

just fill in the blank answers she has been fed prior to the test.
