Let’s step back and take a long, hard look at what Eric Holder’s Justice Department is doing right now.
George Zimmerman was acquitted in the shooting of Trayvon Martin. He has no further business in court with the state of Florida and is a free man.
Rather than accept the jury’s verdict, Holder’s DOJ convened a conference call with several left-wing groups to plot a course to continue harassing Zimmerman. With FBI agents on the call, Holder sought information from those groups to help build a case.
Do those groups know Zimmerman or have any personal knowledge of the case that was not presented in the trial? It’s extremely unlikely that they do.
Holder’s DOJ is also releasing an email address to which people are being exhorted to send tips about George Zimmerman, again, to build a case against him.
Did George Zimmerman rob a bank? Did he shoot an airplane out of the sky? Did he bring a building down?
No. He was acquitted by a jury in a fair court trial.
But the United States Department of Justice is focusing on this one man, who has been put through due process and acquitted in a court of law.
Today, we learn that the United States Department of Justice is ordering the state of Florida to break its own law.
The state case against Zimmerman is over. He won. He is entitled under Florida law to assume custody of any of his property that the state seized in the process of prosecuting him.
Holder says no, he can’t have it.....

Florida officials should ignore the racist DOJ, return the law abiding citizen his gun and dispose of the evidence of the trial.
After he ends up owning NBC (for editing the 911 call) and the prosecutor (for calling him a murderer after acquittal) he could go after the DOJ in a Fifth Amendment takings case.
The DOJ doesn’t have his gun, so they can’t keep it or return it. They can only try to make Florida do what Holder wants.
I suspect he would unabashedly answer in the affirmative.
Put him in Prison and toss the key away.

It’s plainly stated and simple, Eric Holder and Barry Sotero are both racist pieces of sh#t grasping at straws to make their pitiful existence relevant. Here’s a little hint . . . your relevancy is not worth a fart in a windstorm.
Florida should tell Eric WithHolder that they ‘lost’ Zimmerman’s gun because they were unable to track it (Fast & Furious).

The gun’s all fine and dandy - Zimmerman can only get a new one.
The question is, was a similar order given to Martin’s hometown police force? The one that has custody of the allegedly burgled items found in his backpack.
Unlike the gun (which is just adding insult to injury), those a really FRIKKING BIG DEAL. Because if the rightful owner (still don’t know whether she’s been notified, right) tries to identify and claim them, suddenly there’s a nice big juicy piece of evidence supporting the notion that Martin really was casing Zimmerman’s neighborhood in the 45 minutes it took for him to walk the .8 miles from the 7-11 to the house he was staying in.
If Martin had survived the fight he instigated, he could of and should of been charged with attempted murder.
