With a good lawyer he should be able to win and sue Biden for his OFFICIAL adVice. I’ll bet he had good reason and the cops are hiding the evidence.

I don’t know all the details of this anymore than I knew all the details of the Zimmerman case in the beginning (or probably now), but if I was on the jury, all else being equal, no one actually getting hurt, I’d probably give the guy a pass for following the media disseminated advice of the Vice President of the United States.
