I am convinced, NavyVet, that the media is playing a dirty little game of convincing everyone that “it’s a tragedy....Zimmerman shouldn’t have left his truck....”

Some say “shouldn’t have left his truck when he was told not to...”

What they are surreptitiously doing is laying the groundwork for a negligence charge against Zimmerman. They will again hope to keep all the gangsta evidence out of the next trial. Even if they can’t, though, they will attempt to paint Zimmerman as some kind of expert who knew better than to “pursue”.

It is all a lie and a lying retelling of events. But, if they can keep that narrative before America, America will buy it due to continual brainwashing. Then any jury/judge will either know the party line or have to overcome it.

Jesse Jackson called it “stalked.”

THAT is insane.

You make some good points, however I don't believe they have a case of stalking as Jackson and others claim. The police tapes verify that when the police dispather said, "you don't need to do that", Zim said, "Okay", and headed back to his car. It's a matter of record in plain understandable English, although I doubt that Jeantel can understand because she is just a plain ass dumbshit.

Racial profiling is off the table since Zim has been involved in mentoring black kids, with all the witnesses to back that up.

Negligence would be even harder to prove. Just getting out of his car to see where the suspicious person was is far from negligent. As a Neighborhood Watch volunteer, I would have probably done the same. Zimmerman acted within the bounds of prudence.

Holder will pander, but in the end, will not press any charges. The evidence is so much against him that he doesn't want to damage his career. A civil suit by the Martins is another matter.
