I remember taking the sugar cubes in school.

I remember the sugar cubes in the little white cups, but I don't recall whether I took that myself, or whether I'm recalling information I picked up later from others.

I ought to just ask my mom. She had most of her kids in the fifties, and would remember all this with clarity. Me - I was too busy just being a kid to remember the details. Like I said, we kids got more shots than others because we were Army brats.
