Carter Hull, a tax law specialist with 48 years of experience at the IRS, said he was told to send some of the applications to the IRS‘ chief counsel’s office. Did he send any? If so, did he send any applications from progressive groups or only from Tea Party and conservative groups? If so, what was the response of the politically appointed Chief Counsel?
Let's get the Chief Counsel under oath and find out with whom he consulted.

Using the IRS for political purposes is an impeachable offense.
This is a clear violation of citizens’ Constitutional rights. If Republicans had any principles, they’d be doing something about it.
