He is a bit less conservative than she is, but not hugely so. The BIG difference is he is a milquetoast in providing a battle against the libs; he's timid, and very squishy. I never heard his name until she started saying she might run for his seat.
She will be closer to Cruz, will campaign and speak for conservatism, and likely shake the Senate up. I like that idea.

She wants a senate seat without really having to work for it. That doesn’t sound like a battler in the Cruz mold to me. Sounds like someone with a feeling of entitlement. We have enough of those in the Senate.
