Have we ever gotten confirmation of any other visits to RATL by TM?

My comment was intended ironically. Per the common reaction of freepers when the media breathlessly reports that such common items are found in the possession of some dangerous militia type.

While I actually never carried a screwdriver to school in a backpack, I did wear a folding 4” Buck hunter in a a belt sheath for three years of high school. Never once thought of it as a weapon. It was a tool.

I am quite well aware that in all likelihood the stuff was either stolen by him or he was covering for a friend after receiving stolen property.

Tough to prove at this point, since so many people are averse to any “blaming the victim.”

Nope — but he had been there before as he seemed quite familiar with the 3 stooges at the 7 Eleven.

“I thought he was temporarily going to that school near the gated community. I need to read more carefully.”

TM lived in Miami, not Sanford, and was suspended from school. He got caught in Miami with women’s jewelry in a bag at school when they caught him painting graffiti.

TM didn’t belong in Sanford and I’d like to know if he ever visited there previous to his death to tie other crimes to him if so.

(Warning: Some graphic images)

Must be a liberal website. I didn't see anything "graphic" in those photos. I guess libs are disturbed by images of guns and smoking.

“Gheeze, just how feckin’ stupid are you? Your “own self” indeed. “
Why the need to insult? “own self” is a commonly used idiom here in the US South.

Go to the conservative treehouse site and you can read all about it. There is alot that was not allowed in trial. I believe someone posted a link here.

Must read. The duplicity of Martin family, and the hypocrisy of the media.

O’Mara will have more to say if given the chance....

Zimmerman to sue NBC....

Relate this to the conservative treehouse article, and they be ready to
expose a lot more than tape editing.

” James Beasley, a Philadelphia-based attorney representing Zimmerman in the case told the Washington Post, “We’re going to start in earnest asap.”

Asked whether the innocent verdict in favor of his client would affect the NBC civil case, Beasley said, “This verdict of not guilty is just that, and shows that at least this jury didn’t believe that George was a racist, profiling, or anything that the press accused George of being.

“That probably doesn’t get you that much but it’s simply time for us to start the case and hold accountable anyone who is irresponsible in their journalism,” he added. “

CNN just posted the transcript:

SNIP

BLITZER: And you can see more of that interview with the prosecutors later tonight on our sister network, HLN. The show, 10:00 p.m. Eastern, "HLN After Dark."

We're also hearing from the defense in this trial, George Zimmerman's lead attorney, Mark O'Mara. He sat down with our own Chris Cuomo. And Chris zeroed in on something a lot of people want to know. Is George Zimmerman sorry about what happened? Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

CHRIS CUOMO, CNN CORRRESPONDENT: Does he regret, though, picking out Trayvon Martin? He was wrong, right? This kid was not doing anything wrong. He belonged there. He had a right to the place and space where he was also. Does he regret even singling him out that night?

MARK O'MARA, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, let's look at the circumstances as he was viewing them. He saw somebody who happened to be in the area where another person had just burglarized a home. Yes, and it was a young black male. Was that a focusing, a profiling? It was a suspicion. Let's not also forget that Trayvon Martin was under the influence of some marijuana. It didn't come into trial but we're not bound by those facts now. We can't ignore the fact he had prior history of burglaries because he was found with the fruits of a burglary back several months before. So, you know, if we're going to look at the suspicions and the way he was acting, he was seemingly wandering around, having spent 45 or 50 minutes traveling less than a mile. So, if you are going to look at what George Zimmerman saw that night, it's all got to be taken in context.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

BLITZER: O'Mara also says he was surprised that there was an outrage after the verdict because he had hoped that people would see the trial as fair.

I also had posted earlier how articulate and in command of the facts Robert Zimmerman was with Sir Piers. George’s brother really made mincemeat of him.

Apparently Robert Zimmerman will be on Greta’s show on Fox tonight.

I wonder what kind of job Robert Zimmerman has ? He is a fantastic spokesman for his brother.

O’Mara should just say that Trayvon appeared to Zimmerman on that dark and rainy night the same way Trayvon appeared to the resource officer in his school who checked his bag and found stolen jewelry in it.

Wastn’t the school district trying to suppress arrests to make it look like the black teen crime rate was lower than it really was?
