The way these Nobel Piece Prize things work, any perfessor can nominate anybody, including the Mexican janitor woman he’s bonking.

... help to save the Nobel Peace Prize from the disrepute incurred by the hasty and ill-conceived decision to award US President Barack Obama the 2009 award. Similar past nominees include Wikileaks Julian Assange and Bradley Manning,
Good luck with that prestige recovery you filthy bunch of commies.

but also to redeem the awards prestige after it was awarded to President Obama in 2009.... It's a tragedy that we'll have to wait another few years to find out who they'll use to redeem Snowden getting it...

A Swedish professor has nominated NSA leaker Edward Snowden for the Nobel Peace Prize for his revelations of the surveillance program, but also to redeem the awards prestige after it was awarded to President Obama in 2009.What? Is that a whiff of common sense I smell in the air? Smells great!
To: Sub-Driver
The bottom line is this. Since Obama was elected, people on the right have screamed bloody murder for a government insider to come forward and expose the BS going on behind closed doors.
Snowden did exactly that.
Now the very same people who demanded a government insider come forward are the ones calling him every name in the book.
This is known by any thinking being as blatant hypocrisy.
None of the above can be denied as it is all historically and logically accurate. So the question then becomes, why should people on the right ever expect any insider to blow the whistle EVER AGAIN when they have thoroughly proven they are no more trustworthy than a freaking Democrat?
To: Sub-Driver
Has one Nobel Peace Prize winner ever branded another one a criminal and traitor? Just wondering.

But, at least Snowden did SOMETHING to earn it - unlike the Muslim-in-Chief.
To: Sub-Driver
Edward Snowden has given the people of the United States information that heretofore had been concealed from them. I am an old school conservative, Constitutional American, and I say Edward Snowden has done us a great service.
We need to re-validate Snowden’s passport and invite him to come home to stand trial — unfettered, ungagged, and public. It isn't likely to happen, though; politicians on both sides have too much to lose. Our republic has been highjacked and our freedoms, like our currency, have lost much of their luster.
If Messrs. Obama and McCain hate and fear “the little hacker,” you should spend some time wondering why. Our security may have taken a little ding, but Edward Snowden has struck a huge blow for freedom.

There are street hookers who would have a better reputation than the Nobel Peace Prize would, after they award Snowden. And before those street hookers began refusing to give up the home plate anymore, and only did escort work at parties for rich old men.
