There appears to be a major stumbling block to Eric Holder's attempt to charge George Zimmerman with violating Trayvon Martin's civil rights.
The FBI determined he's not a racist.

After interviewing nearly three dozen people in the George Zimmerman murder case, the FBI found no evidence that racial bias was a motivating factor in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, records released Thursday show.
Even the lead detective in the case, Sanford Det. Chris Serino, told agents that he thought Zimmerman profiled Trayvon because of his attire and the circumstances - but not his race.
Serino saw Zimmerman as "having little hero complex, but not as a racist."
The Duval County State Attorney released another collection of evidence in the Zimmerman murder case Thursday, including reports from FBI agents who investigated whether any racial bias was involved in Trayvon's Feb. 26 killing.
The evidence includes bank surveillance videos from the day of the killing, crime scene photos and memos from prosecutors.

They don’t intend to win a civil rights case, that might appease the plantation dwellers. Then what do they have?
No, they intend to talk about a civil rights case and maybe even bring one that they will lose or drop while blaming racism/republicans. That will reignite the fire and keep the slaves on the plantation.
Suppose her were racist? It wouldn’t change the fact that he was viciously attacked by a drugged up young man who was both taller and stronger than the intended victim (Zimmerman).

Obama/Holder will use the ,New evidence/facts have reached our desks .but I really think if the polls are good they will drag this out to the 2014 election

But maybe if those groups get him to move forward anyway on this he will out himself.

If I were high in the Democratic [sic] party, I believe I'd have to wonder how much actual labor the slaves on the party plantation were producing. How much does that party pay versus how much does it actually get?

Why would the Democratic [sic] party bother with voters or votes when fake vote tallies are far less expensive, far less bothersome, far more reliable, far less time-consuming, and probably even far more fun? They will use every dishonest trick known all to well by lying lawyers [redundant I know] to get a conviction under some bogus, made up, civil rights fLAWS (sp deliberate).

The only thing the DOJ cares about, is keeping racial tensions as high as possible, it matters not to them if the FBI defies there agenda.
No he won’t, facts will not stop him at all. Obama and Holder have set blacks back so much that they may never recover.
Gee ,while they are at it, why don’t they charge Zimmerman with child abuse? After all, Trayvon was 17 years old, and legally a minor. What ever happened to those charges? Maybe those can come back?
