True, and apparently no one else is, if people can’t defend themselves from black attackers. All these young black men who go around hitting people, joining flash mobs, gangs, killing people, raping people, beating people, stealing people’s property and so on, don’t act like they don’t feel safe, or like they are afraid. They act like bullies and thugs who fear nothing. Maybe it’s time to change that.

In my neighborhood there are upstanding black folks. They work hard and are accepted as friends and good neighbors by everyone.

They are not worried. Of course, they are also not liberal in that they earn what they get and deserve every bit of it. They are every bit as capable as anyone else and they know it isn't a matter of racism.

Racism is an excuse for not trying. If a person refuses to assimilate, he/she will lose. If they knuckle down and do their best, they will succeed.

Race has nothing to do with it.

Really? About 30 minutes ago I walked past a young black girl in my neighborhood (a Republican living among blacks? Impossible!) and she didn't appear to be in the least amount of danger as I passed within about 15 feet of her.And she gave no indication that she was afraid,in the least,of immediate harm from me or anyone else.
