There are many members of Congress who lead exemplary lives and have no skeletons in their closets to be blackmailed with.
Perhaps, but I imagine they are a minority and probably not a large enough voting block to get anything done in Congress....
They are more afraid of media and high society ridicule than anything else.
Not just the Congressmen. Threats to their family members and to unearth their skeletons. NSA has it all.
b. With the possibility of massive amounts of data being available on an individual's entire life and everything in it, is anyone really and truly "skeleton-free"?
c. Are we personally the ones defining and shaping the "skeletons"?
