Perhaps, but I imagine they are a minority and probably not a large enough voting block to get anything done in Congress....
It begins with just one member of The House being willing to stand up during “Special Orders” speeches at the close of every business day when any member can speak at length on any topic. To the best of my knowledge there has never been an Article Two, Section One eligibility Special Orders speech in the last five years.
