Even if they file it in the District of Columbia and hand select a jury from the citizens of the District?

I don’t see how that could happen. There’s no reason to try a Federal case from Florida in the District of Columbia.

Even a Federal trial must be held in the jurisdiction where the alleged offense took place. It would have to be held in Florida, and reasonably close to Sanford/Orlando. Holding a trial in DC, for something that occurred in Florida is something that even Holder cannot do...
