Black Conservatives Ask the NAACP to Condemn Progressive Racism at the Orlando Annual Convention

FreedomWorks Outreach Director Deneen Borelli and Senior Fellow Rev. CL Bryant will attend the NAACP Annual Convention in Orlando on Sunday, July14th and Monday, July 15th before the keynote speeches to ask the NAACP to publicly denounce the racial attacks against black conservatives.

Reverend CL Bryant commented, “As a former NAACP branch president in Garland, Texas, I was punished for my outspoken belief that as a Baptist preacher, my rights come from God, not the government. The NAACP has strayed from the principles of empowerment and opportunity. We are here to remind the leadership and the membership that the NAACP stands for the ‘advancement of colored people,’ not the ‘advancement of colored progressives.’”

FreedomWorks Outreach Director Deneen Borelli commented, “As a black conservative, I’ve been attacked for communicating my values of individual liberty and economic opportunity for all Americans. The NAACP refuses to defend my right to express my views, despite my numerous attempts to contact their headquarters. Sadly, this once venerable civil rights organization has morphed into a political arm of the progressive movement, and it reserves its advocacy for left-wing causes and individuals. We are asking the NAACP to end their selective representation of black victims of racial discrimination, and to provide a voice for black conservatives to speak at their events.”

The 104th NAACP Annual Convention will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

On Monday evening from 6-10pm ET, FreedomWorks will host a free screening of Rev. CL Bryant’s documentary, Runaway Slave, for attendees of the NAACP Convention followed by Q&A for those who want to learn more about the discrimination against black conservatives. The screening will take place at the Adair room of the Westin Orlando Universal Blvd Hotel (across the street from the Convention Center), 9501 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.

It is 2013. We have a black president. We have copious number of blacks in government positions and yet the bitching continues when not a single one of them were ever a slave but I sure have been a slave with part of my earnings stolen and given to the lazy gimmie, gimmie, people.

If we had a National Association for the Advancement of White People (which it appears we now need) the NAACP and KWAT would have their Grand Wizards of Sharpton, Jackson, FairyCon, Holder, Ovomit DEMANDING using every branch of government to audit them, profile them, monitor their communications,...

When, in the USA ANY organization defines itself by race and calls or in actuality demands racial discrimination, even if the lying wordsmiths on the left call it Affirmative Action, they are BY DEFINITION a RACIST organization.

You name the group and at sometime in history that group has been the target of some sort of oppression. Blacks, thanks 100% to the likes of the NAACP and the KWAT prefer to play the victim card and try to extort money and power based on White guilt.

Well no more! They had their chance and showed exactly how they will rule when given power. We have seen the Just-Us department turn into a race based prosecution tool. We have seen what they did to Detroit and many, many inner cities.

Millions of minorities have come here, some not English speaking or not even using the same alphabet but somehow, they became part of our fabric and worked their way up the system.

Not so for blacks, as again, thanks to the NAACP and the KWAT they prefer to sit back and see what they can steal from the producers using government as their thief.

Either they are equal or not. Why is this the only group still fighting when others have succeeded. Maybe it is not whites, or Hispanics as so many blacks think Hispanics are moving ahead and leaving blacks behind.

I thank Ovomit and his progressive communists in the media and NAACP and others for giving us such an example of how vile this country will be under their rule.

Maybe more will realize their white guilt is misplaced and maybe Hispanics will reevaluate their love affair with the communist left in the democrat party as they should see democrats are not their friend but their plantation oppressor.

Hopefully, Hispanics will take a look at how well big, central planning, socialist, government took care of the American Indian. Just a plantation by a different name.
