If you’re in your late teens and you get shot after assaulting a neighborhood-watch supervisor, and you want someone else to get blamed for your behavior, here are thirteen tips to make you look like an “innocent child” that loves Skittles, doing math and riding horses versus a gangbanger-in-waiting.
1. Don’t have pictures on social media, or on your cell phone, of you holding guns like a gangsta. If you do take pictures with firearms, make certain the weapon is held properly, away from the camera, with your finger off the trigger and it does not give off the I'm-a-criminal-in-training vibe. Just a thought.
2. Don't have multiple pictures of you inhaling weed floating around on either social media or in your cell phone where the police can retrieve them and use them against you. This, too, hampers the "innocent child" motif.

A neighborhood watchman is told that some African American males wearing hoodies are burglarizing and robbing in the neighborhood, so he sees a young man that fits the description . Yes he is tired of the criminals getting away with crimes in his neighborhood. So, he follows him ... but NO murderer planning to kill someone out of malice is going to call 911 before they kill them (common sense) they are just going to shoot them. The dispatcher tells him to stand down, He says ok and he does. How do I know because the fight was at the same place he originally calls from because of where the watchman's car was parked in proximity to the scene. 4 mins lapse between the last call of the victim and the fight mind you he is walking and talking on the phone for 4 mins away from the watchman. So in 4 mins the victim had plenty of time to walk, run, jog to a safe place until the scene was clear for him to go home ... So how does the victim get back to the where the watchman was.. because he turns around to find out who this person or cracker (his words) is that WAS (key word was) following him. He now approaches the watchman and they get in a fight, the watchman is clearly losing and in fear of his life at that point it does become self defense. That is why the jurors came to the verdict."
