The Florida State Attorney's office has fired information technology director Ben Kruidbos, who raised concerns about how the prosecutors in the George Zimmerman trial turned over evidence to the defense.

Kruidbos said more than 2,000 photos from the phone were not shown to defense attorneys, including pictures of underage naked girls, images showing piles of jewelry on Martin's bed and photos of Martin blowing smoke.

Bernie, the Prosecutor, called TM a “young child” in the press conference after the verdict - is this man just pathological or what?

George Zimmerman Trial: Man who shot Trayvon Martin was concerned about burglaries, police volunteer coordinator says

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-57590939-504083/george-zimmerman-trial-man-who-shot-trayvon-martin-was-concerned-about-burglaries-police-volunteer-coordinator-says/

“The first time [Zimmerman] emailed me was about starting a neighborhood watch,” Dorival said. “There were several burglaries that had occurred in the community. He was concerned about them.”

Dorival said Zimmerman “seemed like he wanted to make changes in his community and make it better.” She asked him to join another program, Citizens on Patrol, a training program for citizens to patrol their neighborhoods, but he declined. She described Zimmerman’s role as a neighborhood watch volunteer as someone who would act as a liaison with police about community safety concerns, encourage citizens to act as “eyes and ears” for police and recruit “block captains.”

NO!!
Summarily TERMINATED, and given up her pension benefits
DISBARRED by the State of Florida ,
and then "frogg marched" out of the State of Florida for "prosecutorial misconduct " failure to provide 'discovery' , and "obstruction of justice " !!

Aren’t there whistleblower laws to protect him?

This seems to be a very clear case of misconduct on the part of the state. There may, of course, be more to the story.

I do not think the Gov. of FLA can terminate her. She is an elected official. But if she is disbarred, it would go a long way to force her out of office.

Sherman Logan ~:" This seems to be a very clear case of misconduct on the part of the state. "

'Prosecutorial misconduct' , transferring taxpayer monies to fund her , and de la Ronde pensions , 'violation of discovery rules' , and basicly 'violation of professional ethics 'come immediately to mind !
She should be disbarred
Stripped of pension benefits
and frogg-marched out of the State of Florida as an embarressment
The fact that her actions reflect the concerns and actions of the current State administration is an abomination !

Innovative ~:" The Florida State Attorney's office has fired information technology director Ben Kruidbos "

Information technology director Ben Kruidbos, should be re-hired as he was trying to protect himself from any legal liability
arising from Corey's "professional malfeasance of office"

The jewelry was tracked back to the CR (Crime Report Number) when St. Trayvon's backpack was taken , during an earlier altercation at the school.
This incident preceeded by several months the instant offense , the assault with George Zimmerman, and was never thurogughly investigated by police .
There was no police follow-up as the Chief of Police didn't want excessive numbers of arrests occuring at the school.
As I recall , the CR was tracked by a reporter from Miami, who found that the backpack still contained jewelry , screwdriver , and marajuana residue.
The issue wasn ever connected to Trayvon ,nor thuroughly investigated by Sanford police

(From the article) :" Kruidbos said more than 2,000 photos from the phone were not shown to defense attorneys, including pictures of underage naked girls, images showing piles of jewelry on Martin's bed and photos of Martin blowing smoke. "
This was all some of the information that Corey witheld from the defense, despite "Discovery"

This information was ordered by Judge Nelson as not admissable to the court, as the source of the information was unknown,
even though the data was contrilled by a "stealth app" , which required a "double password" known only by the owner (Martin).
Martin's father refused to provide the cell password, even though it was under his controlling account. (obstruction ?)

Those photos from Martin's phone are probably the only thing that can instantly defuse the tension instantly.

I'd really like to see them released, so that the media's false portrayal of this thug can be revealed for the enormous lie that it is.

You've just explained, Windflier, why they won't be released.

Just another person forced to resign, or quit their job in wake of defense of Zimmerman.

We should be razing those responsible for these people’s livelihood and the destruction their of.
