I gave up TV a decade ago and never regretted it, since I have the internet. I have access to all the greatest thinkers in politics today and tons of Classical books and I know who to trust-—just go to their threads (like Thomas Sowell)-—and, of course, FR and read the comments.

The news shows pick up people who have a bias and most will only stick to the talking points that the network allows. They have an agenda-—and strict rules—even Fox News with their “French Youths”-—that is when I dumped Fox, years ago—when the Saudis bought into their network.

I don’t bother with any of them unless there is a featured outstanding speech-—such as by Ted Cruz or his father that is featured on a conservative site-—other “ideas” aren’t worth the time and they are just meant to make you angry anyhow or twist perceptions. Go to original sources.....don’t get second hand commentary unless by a very trusted person.

Not many out there to “trust” IMHO. If they are famous for a long time and MS-—they have probably sold their soul to keep from being like a Brietbart and Michael Hastings. They are probably part of the Hegelian Dialectic-—although seemingly on the Right-—they are moving us Leftward.......by increments. The old frog in the pot theory and the water is almost boiling.
