Sounds like a good app. Once identified as a gun owner, the odds or you being robbed go way down.

Hope they identify the gun free zones too. Same effect.

Somebody should mark:

1600 Pennsylvania Ave (Residence of an islamic terrorist funneling weapons to al Qaeda).

__________ (Address of John McCain’s house, where a Senator is aiding/abetting al Qaeda in Syria by shipping them weapons WITHOUT background checks, and without the 7-round limit on magazines).

Someone needs to come up with an app to geo locate non gun owners and potential lucrative targets for urban entreprenuers. It works both ways a##clowns

I predict several lawsuits after several of the houses are set on fire, egged, or damaged. Of course an imaginitive programmer could take the same program and add the addresses of liberal politiians and other outspoken celebrities to the mix and re-release it and watch hall rain down on the sorry POC liberal that released it...: )

The concern is that bad guys will identify the houses where guns are and try to break in and steal the guns.

Try. The operative word is “try.” Like to see them try that at my house...

This is of course so the government will know which doors to knock on (or down) when they become as bold as the Nazis.

Google’s “Rat-Out” app appears to be a cyber-salvo fired in this yet undeclared CWII.

Would be quite funny to mark known liberal’s houses. Their friends would be aghast.

Go check out some of the comments on their web page. Pretty negative:

Poor premise

Users can anonymously mark addresses and the owner can’t update or refute the allegation. I wish I could rate this app zero. Please remove this app.

Trust the government?

This app is stupid. You can mark anyone you want - even if they’re terrified of a gun shooting someone. Oops- that’s right people shoot people; for a second I thought I saw a gun running down the street. Oh yeah, my pen spells wrong too. Uninstalled right away. How about an app to mark Muslims! Oh yeah they only blew up the world trade center. We should be friendly and accepting. Lets frisk granny & her 8 yr old grandson, let the muslim men walk by; after all, granny may blow herself up.

It will be fun reporting Barbara Streisand, Bett Midler, Danny Devito, and Alec Baldwin as dangerous, irresponsible gun owners.

Thanks. I’ve been saying precisely the same thing everywhere I see this topic posted. That would totally defeat the intent (deprive citizens of their “private enjoyment”) and irritate the lefties at the same time ;-)

Why not an app for swimming pools — since they’re statistically much more dangerous to children than guns are?
