Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz says the prosecutors in the George Zimmerman murder trial should be charged with "prosecutorial misconduct" for suggesting the defendant planned the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin.
"That is something no prosecutor should be allowed to get away with to make up a story from whole cloth," Dershowitz told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"These prosecutors should be disbarred. They have acted absolutely irresponsibly in an utterly un-American fashion."

If I were the government I would not be so focused on minority riots if Zimmerman is found not guilty but on the majority rioting after it has been proved the feds and the state of Florida have conspired to lynch Zimmerman.
They destroyed evidence on TMs phone then when the defense was able to retrieve it the judge refused to allow it.
The feds spent our money “assisting” the minority mental midget rallies demanding prosecution.
Now the Florida State Atty fires their IT guy who testifies that he was concerned the prosecution did not turn over all the evidence.
Every level of government and law enforcement is being used as a tool to attack the majority of this country. When we finally become a minority then the fun will really begin. It will be exactly like a Christian living in a Muslim cesspool.
“The prosecution mischaracterized the evidence when they claimed that Trayvons friend was on the phone with him at the time of the shot, when the phone records and a 911 call that they introduced into evidence show this to have been impossible. Should there be a guilty verdict, these will be included in the list of reasons why the verdict should be vacated.”
The prosecution also lied about what Zimmerman said to tell his wife. Prosecutor’s version: Tell my wife “I just killed someone.” Witness version: Tell my wife “I just shot someone.”
I wondered if this might be why the jury wanted the detailed list, to re-hear for themselves.
None of this cast of sociopaths will suffer any "formal" negative consequence for their actions. The system is designed to protect and encourage corruption.
Dershowitz is also, first and foremost, a defense attorney. He understands the rights of the accused, and recognizes when those rights are being trampled on (though, in this case, one need not be an attorney to see the blatant railroading).
....And the Dems will still lose in 2014 anyways. They are desperate.
Revolt is coming.
Dershowitz is most certainly not a classical liberal in the since of favoring freedom. Dershowitz is a consistent liberal in the late 20th early 21st century meaning of the term liberal.
He merely has not let politics and race dominate everything in his world view.
Which was confirmed when the police testified that he was shocked and upset to find out Trayvon died.
In my not so humble opinion, this buck should stop at her desk.
Yep, and she was appointed by no other than the "get along with democrats" Jeb Bush.
That judge is a rabid leftist-- disgusting in all ways.
I don’t like Dershowitz, but he strikes me as a “Classic liberal”, more in the mold of Kennedy than Obama.
I disagree with him 9 times out of 10, but he does seem to have integrity, in that he will stand up for what is legally correct, even if it goes against his liberal feelings.
..they call themselves Republican, also Rubio, and to my shame I voted for them!
Adding to Dems problems, three major unions now attacking Obamacare.

>> Pam Bondi needs to begin a investigation.
Don’t kid yourself.
Pam Bondi is part of the corrupt machine.
Wow. This from a liberal!
Actually, that was the defense lawyer who said that. Which was stupid, because he was only arguing that Trayvon would have no trouble getting home in 4 minutes. He should have said a retired woman in a walker could have made it home in 4 minutes.
As evidence was presented at trial, the dispatcher asked for information that reasonably could have been interpreted as a request to actively work to obtain that information, including following TM.
Wow. I knew you’d been involved in a court case. I had no idea what happened, though.
Glad you made it through.
