There is a reason for the reputation.. it’s true. Maybe not on a case-by-case basis but as a whole, women tend to let their emotions get in the way of rational decision making which is why they have jury consultants that recommend picking women for cases where they feel that emotion and heartstring can be tugged easier.
But I’m sure what I just wrote will be ignored and attacked.
