I pray for a fair and just verdict. My support and thoughts go out to the Zimmerman family and the defense team as we wait.

I’ve been involved in a couple tense murder trials and there is an announcement of a verdict, then some time is allotted to get the principals back to the courthouse as well as organize security.
In one case, there were 20 deputies in the courtroom just to keep the various families separated during the reading of the verdict. This case will need far more than that, especially outside the courthouse.

What does that mean? Maybe verdict?
I have thought all long that the reading of the verdict will be delayed to give time to the Sanford PD and other LEO's time to get in position for a potential riot.
If the Sheriff is at the courthouse, maybe he is going to tell the Judge that LEO's are deployed and ready for the reading of the verdict. Or maybe not. Just speculation on my part.
