Kruidbos said he became concerned that lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda might not have turned over Kruidbos’ report to defense attorneys. If so, there is a strong argument to be made that such a ruling was obvious and reversible error. The data excluded shows Martin to be an aggressive street punk and the whole state case scribing him as being a "child" would be destroyed.

One wonders exactly why a judge would defer a ruling on such matters until after the trial.
