Wasn’t that an A380 that went down in a storm leaving Brazil a few years back?

No,I think that was a 330 and that it's believed that the cause was bad weather...major thunderstorms. The A380 incident occurred on a flight between London and Australia and some parts of the exploded engine landed on a small Indonesian island that I've been to (that's one of the reasons the incident sticks in my mind). Also,it happened just before *I* was scheduled to fly an A380 so I feared that my flight would be affected but it wasn't (my plane had GE engines).
