The Zimmerman case has achieved its sublime reductio ad absurdum.
Just when I thought the George Zimmerman trial couldnt sink any lower, the prosecutorial limbo dancers of the State of Florida magnificently lowered their own bar in the final moments of their cable-news celebrity. In real justice systems, the state decides what crime has been committed and charges somebody with it. In the Zimmerman trial, the states theory of the case is that it has no theory of the case: might be murder, might be manslaughter, might be aggravated assault, might be a zillion other things, but its something. If youre a juror, feel free to convict George Zimmerman of whatever floats your boat...

We have been warned that in the event of an acquittal there could be riots. My own feeling is that the Allegedly Reverend Al Sharpton, now somewhat emaciated and underbouffed from his Tawana Brawley heyday, is not the Tahrir Squarescale race-baiting huckster he once was. But if Floridians are of a mind to let off a little steam, they might usefully burn down the Sanford courthouse and salt the earth. The justice system revealed by this squalid trial is worth rioting over.

They just arent going to cry/try as much for their male clients. Plus, nobody wants to deal with them.
I tried a high profile female attorney, at one point, and it was as you say. What a waste of money. As far as advocating for me, she was worthless.
That was my favorite phrase in this article too!
If you're speaking of Bernie De La Rosa, you would be wrong. He has the reputation of sending more people to Florida's Death Row than any other DA in the state. Such a DA is cut-throat competitive to the max, and *really* dislikes losing a case. He would love a conviction, especially under the weak evidence he was actually given to work with.
The state of Florida cravenly gave Sharpton, Shabazz, and Company what they demanded, an arrest, and a murder trial. They even gave the race baiters the toughest DA in the state to prosecute their demanded trial. They got what they demanded, and I hope, that in the process, they lost what they really wanted all along...

Z should a took his $150k and left town. Pi$$ on our so called criminal justice system.
We weren't stupid.
We were stoned.
Re: “Mark doesn’t “write” his articles. He dictates them.”
Earle Stanley Gardner dictated all 82 of his “Perry Mason” novels.
I had an ex lie on the witness stand. I also had a document from the state AG showing I owed no child support. The judge ordered me to settle. I ended up paying $8,000.
I always hope people like the DA get theirs one day. I hope there comes a time when someone sucker punches his ass then climbs on top and pummels him. And the whole time I hope he’s thinking about Zimmerman.
The difference here in the Zimmerman trial is that clearly the members of the defense are not yet bought out by the state, as perhaps some lazy or overloaded Public Defenders might be.
me too
he will be found guilty of a charge he was not tried for
how long have Bernie and Corey been lovers?
“Monty Python Show?” When was that?

lol. do you think its unpossible?
Unpossible? No, but it rates right up there with black holes in its sheer destructive power...

This is a disgrace. No court should have this conviction rate.
>>Come on black America, show you’ve got what it takes to be a part of the citizenry. Your country needs you.
See the article at my post here for what i believe to be one of the major reasons we see things so differently regrarding justice from the vast majority of the black community.

I think this well illustrates what you are saying.
