Self Defense Chart
moved to WESH...lets see how that goes
Bernie is staring in disbelief.....is THIS what a good closing looks like?
A vast improvement over the shrill presentation the jury witnessed yesterday.
“An improvement?”
What wouldn’t be?
That just made the msm and DOJ go into spasms.
Yes.
O’Mara is going to spend 10 minutes on the Self Defense Chart.

The defense tone is slow, calm and methodical in contrast to the state’s style
Really hitting hard on burden of proof.
wftv back up
Then it’s just me!....I’m very nervous this morning and I’m probably projecting :(
Chart: Brilliant!
To he// with the lamestream.
Those are the established format that judges in florida are supposed to use. The judge here has been overturned for not using them before in a self defense case.
I doubt that. Zimmerman is being found not-guilty, the reason why is irrelevant for the civil proceedings. His claim of self-defence may make it harder to win but it won't prevent Martin's family from filing just on general principle and to force him to cough up even more for legal fees.
I like that MoM is sticking to the fact and keeping the emotions out of it.
As it should be.
bernie frowning when MOM talking about confusing the jury
Incidentally, earlier this week this same person was arguing that the government had the right to hack into my computer and read everything on my hard drive if I happened to have it hooked up to the internet. I proceeded to quote out loud Amendment IV of our Constitution. He told me that it wasn’t applicable.
I’d gladly chip in for a ticket for that person to a freer/less intrusive country. Maybe Cuba ;) ;) or better yet airdropped into a terrorist cell site.
>> Am I missing anything?
Yeah. Verdict. NOT GUILTY.
Zimmerman celebrates with his family.
While no one is paying attention, Guy and Doll slip out of the courtroom for a quickie
"Those creepy-ass crackers. They always get away with it."
