If GZ is found not guilty can the state recharge this?
What were they thinking? First you find him guilty, THEN file the charges.
After all, Zimmerman did leave Taydmark's body and blood on the ground.
Even a blind squirrel is right twice a day.
Here’s hoping the jury saw this new “charge” for the load of BS it was. Wouldn’t it be nice if the prosecution sunk their own ship in trying to keep it from getting sunk.

When dismissed to deliberate, the jury should just stand up... then sit right back down again. George should be acquitted and the this judge should be impeached.
Further, the DA needs to be disbarred and jailed under USC Title 18 Sec 241; Conspiracy to deprive civil Rights under color of law.

Now please, let those women on the jury see all of this for what it is, the last ditch attempts of desperate people to railroad George Zimmerman.
My wife, who until recently had no interest in the news or politics, shouted at the TV that if the carried through with the “child abuse” charges Trayvon’s parents needed to be arrested for child neglect since Trayvon allowed out unsupervised.
Gotta love her!

When I heard that the State wanted child abuse 3rd degree murder, I thought, “How many bites of the apple do they get?” One other observation I had, there have been comments by the talking heads that Zimmerman should have announced to Martin that he was neighborhood watch, or that he was armed, etc. etc. which would have defused the confrontation. These “experts” obviously have never been in a situation like this. They seem to think that Zimmerman would have had all the time in the world to do that. No way...Zimmerman would have seconds from the time that Martin appeared in front of him in the dark till Martin played the “knockout game.” This trial should be required watching for anyone considering ccw. I took an advanced course from Insights and this exact scenario was taught to the class.
The events in this trial almost seem to be following hour-by-hour coverage and blowback in the media. Not good!
The prosecution, spurred on by the ‘justice’ department, was desperate to get Zim and didn’t care if they looked like the racist a$$holes they are.
She is still an incompetent for disallowing the Trayvon Mrtin text messages - which establish a clear pattern of prior MMA assaults.
I’m so pissed right now! Just caught the beginning of the state’s closing argument and the attorney has the f’ing nerve to say that Trayvon Martin is dead through no fault of his own. Seriously? These prosecutors and supporters of them act like it’s a crime worthy of prison if GZ FOLLOWED TM but they say NOTHING about TM physically assaulting GM. Is that not still illegal??? He now keeps talking about “assumption, assumption.” SO WHAT if George made a freaking assumption, that is what people who aren’t brain dead do all the time. So what if someone has a hunch and follows up on it. Doesn’t give someone the right to try and bash your head in!I really cannot believe how backwards this God forsaken country is now:(
just started prosecution closing stmt. had to turn it off, i almost barfed. i know even the prosecutor doesnt believe what’s he saying about st skittles sizzurp martin.
I think she threw that out because it would mean more defense time in court and she wans to get rid of this case and let it go to appeal.
Child abuse. LOL
