As if we needed to wait to know, when we have the examples of Haiti, South Africa under the ANC, Zimbabwe, almost any African country you can name, plus the American examples of Detroit, New Orleans under Nagin, Chicago under its black "reverend" aldermen, Memphis, etc. He's saying it's better for blacks to rule in Hell, than be ruled in Paradise.
