Not so good esp. in FL - manslaughter with a gun carries life or so I read here yesterday.

I figured it would be allowed.
There’s no question in my mind he will be found not guilty of the murder rap, but I’m not sure how manslaughter reads on the jury instructions. May be challenging for them to convict on that as well.

Zimmerman is going to jail. This judge just gave the jury a way out.
They are scared to death of rioting and are willing to put an innocent man in jail for decades to prevent it.
This judge is completely out of control with judicial misconduct throughout the whole trial.
What a travesty.

Manslaugter is not consistent with the original charge. One requires specific intent and one does not.

Prosecution is also trying for child abuse...smh

Since Zimmerman bled all over the place, why doesn’t the state settle for “illegal discharge of hazardous waste” and call that good? At least the buffoons will be able to beat their chests and say they “won”.

I read (or heard) yesterday that the jury will not be allowed to know that manslaughter and murder 2 carry virtually the same sentence in FL.

PER THE INSTRUCTIONS OF SAINT TRAYVON'S DC "DAD"
As evidenced by yesterday's revelation that the US DOJ actively incited the riots that led to charges being brought forward.

The judge has been biased all the way. This is get an appeal without question. I suspect a new trial will be the result.
