My first thought was contract it out to private companies, but then I remembered that the airrport concession contracts have been a source of mayoral retirement funds here in Atlanta for 40 years.
What tells me these people haven’t got any brains is the fact that they’re demanding higher wages rather than demanding the government put our money back on tangible assets. It doesn’t make a difference how much you’re paid when big brother can just inflate it to worthlessness.

Using the Reagan method seems appropriate here, fire them all and bring in a new crew that appreciates having a job in this economy. That way the old workers can use the Pelosi method to help the economy by collecting unemployment.
Reminds me of the time Ronald Reagan just up and fired all the whining air traffic controllers.
